Siu Chung Coconut Soup was created by three 90’s at Prince Edward in 2018. All founders are university graduates with no business experience. The main products are soup with coconut shell, pure coconut water and fresh ingredients, which is stewed over 4 hours. More importantly, they desire to serve great soup to each customer. They also hope that Siu Chung Coconut Soup can become ‘home’ for each guest. Fortunately, Coconut Soup was listed in Bib Gourmand Restaurants of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong in 2020.
