THE MONSTERS Hair Salon Photo-taking Experience

Members can enjoy the photo-taking experience at “THE MONSTERS Hair Salon @Cityplaza” by redeeming with 500 points and following Cityplaza & POP MART Hong Kong Instagram. Each member will be entitled to two prints (size: 2”x6” each) per experience.
Member must visit ‘THE MONSTERS Hair Salon Photobooth’ in person to actualize the offer and enjoy the experience within redemption period (3 days from the date of successful redemption, successful redemption from 31 July – 2 Aug must be actualized on or before 2 Aug).
- The promotion will run from 26 June to 2 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) or while stocks last. The opening hours of “The Monsters Hair Salon @Cityplaza” will be from 12pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and from 11am to 9pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- LIVE+ members who log in to his/ her LIVE+ member account through the TAIKOO+ mobile app and present the redeemed offer detail page to staff and follow Cityplaza Instagram at the “The Monsters Hair Salon @Cityplaza” at 2/F Centre Bridge can enjoy the photo-taking experience. Each member will be entitled to two prints (size: 2”x6” each) per experience.
- Members must visit “The Monsters Hair Salon @Cityplaza” at 2/F Centre Bridge in person to actualize and enjoy the experience within three days of successful redemption. Redemptions on or after 31 July must be actualized on or before 2 August.
- This offer is available on a first come, first served basis while openings are available.
- All photos and descriptions are for reference only; the real product shall prevail.
- This reward does not include any exchange, transfer, cash refund or change.
- Members are responsible for checking the quality of their rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be reissued, and no points will be refunded afterwards.
- Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The required points will be deducted from the member's account without refund.
- This reward is only available while in stock. The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of a reward, or provide a similar reward of equal value at any time without notice prior to the redemption. The Company does not guarantee that rewards will remain available.
- When the Hong Kong Observatory has issued or is going to issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher within the next hour, “The Monsters Hair Salon @Cityplaza” will be closed until two hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is lowered less than two hours before the end of opening hour, the campaign will remain closed for that day.
- When the black rainstorm warning is in effect and “The Monsters Hair Salon @Cityplaza” has already opened to public, opening hours will remain unchanged. If the black rainstorm warning is in effect before the campaign is opened to public, the campaign will be closed until two hours after the black rainstorm warning is cancelled. If the cancellation occurs less than two hours before the closure of campaign, the campaign will remain closed for that day.
- Swire Properties Limited reserves all rights to change these terms and conditions. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Limited shall be final.
