Theory

1. Member may redeem reward in TAIKOO+ mobile app with points and visit designated location in person to collect the reward within redemption period. 
2. Service hours of designated actualise location: 
Cityplaza LIVE+ Member Concierge (near Shop 265, 2/F) - 11:00am – 9:00pm 
Other Cityplaza merchants – please refer to the operation hour of individual merchant 
3. Available to LIVE+ Member only. Each member can redeem the voucher 
4. This voucher is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 
5. This voucher can only be used upon a single spending of HK$1,000 or above on full-priced items. Only one voucher can be used in a single purchase. 
6. This voucher cannot be used for Bundles and permanent/ core items. For details, please contact shop staff.
7. Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The required points will be deducted from the member's account without refund. 
8. This voucher is valid for Theory Cityplaza store only. 
9. Customers must use the voucher in person at the store before expiry. Expired voucher will become invalid, no refund and exchange will be given. 
10. This voucher cannot be returned, exchange for cash, no change of any form will be given. 
11. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons/cash coupons, promotional offers or discounts.
12. This voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 
13. Products purchased using this voucher are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
14. All photos and descriptions are for reference only, the real product shall prevail.
15. Swire Properties Limited assumes no responsibility for the operations of the participating merchants and the goods, services and products they provide. Customers who have any complaints about the goods, services and products provided by the store must submit them to the relevant store. 
16. The right of pick-up or usage of the goods, services or offers will become invalid upon termination of operation of the merchants/suppliers, and no refund of points, cash or compensation will be offered. 
17. Swire Properties Limited reserves all rights to change these terms and conditions. 
18. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Limited and the participating merchants shall be final. 
19. The English version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
