1. Member may redeem reward in TAIKOO+ mobile app with points and visit UNIQLO Cityplaza Store in person to collect the reward within redemption period.
2. Available to LIVE+ Member only. Members are required to redeem the reward in person at UNIQLO Cityplaza Store for the purpose of the redemption.
3. This reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4. This reward is valid until 31 August 2025 and shall be invalid upon the expiry date.
5. This reward may only be used to redeem one piece of Women’s AIRism Tank Top (item codes are #464446, #474004) or one piece of Men’s AIRism Odor-Control Mesh Tank Top (item codes are #464310, #474259) (the “Designated Product”). Style of the Designated Product is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Only the sizes & colours of the Designated Product can be selected, subject to availability at store, while no intra-store transfer, exchange or return is allowed. If customers are interested in redeeming a special size of the Designated Products, please contact the store staff directly to make arrangement. All Designated Products are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.
7. Transfer of special sizes items will take 4 - 14 working days. Customers shall collect the item within 2 working days at UNIQLO Cityplaza Store after receiving notification, failing which he/she shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her right to redeem the product without further notice.
8. Customers shall bring along the selected Designated Product to cashier (self-checkout POS not applicable) and present the reward via TAIKOO+ mobile app using their own digital device for UNIQLO store staff to actualize. The actualization process needs to be supported by internet data and UNIQLO will not provide any internet data. Late actualization, screen capture and forwarded message will not be entertained.
9. This reward is only available while in stock. Swire Properties Limited may, at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of a reward, or provide a similar reward of equal value at any time without notice prior to the redemption. Swire Properties Limited does not guarantee that rewards will remain available.
10. All photos and descriptions are for reference only, the real product shall prevail.
11. This reward is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash or other rewards.
12. This reward does not include any warranty, exchange, transfer, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of their rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be reissued and no points will be refunded afterwards.
13. Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The required points will be deducted from the member's account without refund.
14. This reward will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
