Each Admission e-Ticket includes the admission of 1 adult OR child (no accompanying admission for non-skaters included), free rental of a pair of ice skates, a free gift set (includes a Halloween accessory, a special ice skate key chain and a buy-one-get-one-free admission ticket to Cityplaza Ice Palace).
Participants must arrive at the Cityplaza Ice Palace ticket office at least 30 minutes in advance to register and redeem their admission wristbands. Registration is available starting at 6pm on 28 Oct 2023.

- Member must visit designated location in person to collect the reward within redemption period.
- Admission e-Ticket is required for each person attending on the day of the event. No accompanying ticket for non-skaters will be provided.
- Children participating in ice skating must be between 3-12 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult also needs to redeem an admission ticket for the event.
- Participants must arrive at the Cityplaza Ice Palace ticket office at least 30 minutes in advance to register and redeem their admission wristbands. Registration is available starting at 6pm on the day of the event. Participants can enter as early as 7:45pm.
- The 2-hour skating period runs between 8pm and 10pm
- For safety, costumes should be no longer than knee-length and should not interfere with other skaters.
- If a black rainstorm warning is issued two hours before the start of the event, or a typhoon No.8 or higher is hoisted, this event will be cancelled.
- This reward does not include any warranty, exchange, transfer, cash refund or change.
- Max redemption per member: 8
- The Admission e-Ticket does not include: Other skating equipment, including but not limited to gloves, padded shorts, helmet, elbow/knee pads, customers can purchase these items at Cityplaza Ice Palace Skate Shop. Locker daily rental, customers can purchase the locker daily rental at Cityplaza Ice Palace Ticket Office and each locker daily rental price is HK$15.
- Members are responsible for checking the quality of their rewards at the time of redemption. No rewards will be reissued and no points will be refunded afterwards.
- Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The required points will be deducted from the member's account without refund.
- This reward is only available while in stock. The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of a reward, or provide a similar reward of equal value at any time without notice prior to the redemption. The Company does not guarantee that rewards will remain available.
- All photos and descriptions are for reference only, the real product shall prevail.
- This reward will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Swire Properties Limited assumes no responsibility for the operations of the participating merchants and the goods, services and products they provide. Customers who have any complaints about the goods, services and products provided by the store must submit them to the relevant store.
- The right of pick-up or usage of the goods, services or offers will become invalid upon termination of operation of the merchants/suppliers, and no refund of points, cash or compensation will be offered.
