- Members may reserve a spot in the TAIKOO+ mobile app with 8,000 points and pick up their ticket at the LIVE+ Concierge in person, upon paying a HK$100 deposit. The deposit will be returned after participants have attended the lesson and presented their ticket on that same day at the Concierge.
- This lesson is only open to participants aged 9 or above. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
- Only cash is accepted for deposit.

- Cityplaza will charge a deposit of HK$100, which will be returned to the participants later that day once they have attended the lesson and presented their ticket at the LIVE+ Concierge.
- The redeemed lesson entry date and timeslot cannot be changed. Redemptions cannot be refunded, traded, or exchanged for cash. Participants must arrive at the ABC Cooking Studio Cityplaza Store 15 minutes before the lesson begins. Latecomers will not be allowed entry.
- Each ticket allows entry for one participant. Each session allows a limited numbers of participants. Participants must attend the redeemed lesson at the designated date and timeslot on their tickets, and must show their original tickets to participate. The lesson entry ticket will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
- Registration cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refund of the deposit will be arranged if members fail to attend the lesson.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and for following all instructions from on-site staff. Swire Properties Management Limited is not liable for any loss of personal belongings or harm caused by participants due to their actions during the lessons.
- Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be held accountable for any loss suffered during the lessons, or for any disputes between the users and suppliers.;

- By participating in this activity, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out.
- Swire Properties Management Limited and participating merchants reserve the right to end, modify, or revise the programme/offer without prior notice.
- Swire Properties Management Limited and participating merchants reserve the right to make final and binding decisions in the event of any dispute arising from this promotion.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
