3.During the promotion period, LIVE+ members who order one designated Red Bull Energy Drink at Pacific Coffee (Cityplaza store) or Peek-a-Poke (Taikoo Shing store) can redeem one free session of “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge” by presenting the valid machine-printed merchant receipt together with the offer details page in the TAIKOO+ Mobile App at the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge” venue on the same day as the transaction.
4.Designated Red Bull Energy Drinks include:
•Pacific Coffee - Red Bull Sugarfree Cold Brew Coffee, Red Bull Cold Brew Coffee, Red Bull Grapefruit & Blossom Flavour Yogurt Drinks and Red Bull Fuji Apple Flavour & Perfume Lemon Tea.
•Peek-a-poke - Red Bull Darjeeling Sunset.
5.Machine-printed merchant receipts must clearly display the name of designated Red Bull Energy Drinks, the transaction location, merchant name, transaction date, invoice number and transaction amount clearly. Receipts without any of the above-mentioned information clearly shown shall be rejected for reward redemption.Expired, duplicate, photocopied, reprinted, split payment, handwritten, refunded, withdrawn, reused and damaged receipts will be considered invalid.
6.Each session can only be redeemed once per member per day. Sessions are available on a first-come, first served basis while stock last.
7.Each session is valid for 1 member and 1 guest to take part (approx. 5 minutes per session, including instructions).
8.Participants must be aged 16 or above. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9.All photos and descriptions are for reference only.
10.In the event of adverse weather conditions, emergency equipment maintenance, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, affected sessions will be cancelled. No compensation of any kind will be provided to affected customers. The latest arrangements will be announced on Cityplaza’s Instagram account (@cityplazahk).
11.In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, participation in this activity is also subject to the Terms and Conditions and the Waiver and Release of Liability of the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge”.
12.The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate the provision of a reward, or provide a similar reward of equal value at any time without notice prior to the redemption. The Company does not guarantee that the reward will remain available.
13.Swire Properties Limited reserves all rights to change these terms and conditions. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Limited shall be final.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian make the reservation and accompany them. Those not accompanied by a parent or guardian will not be allowed to participate.
Participants must check in at the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge” registration counter on G/F at Cityplaza 5 minutes before their scheduled session. Participation order will be determined based on the arrival time of all participants.

2.Only LIVE+ members are eligible to register for the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge” ("the Activity"). To qualify, customers must download the TAIKOO+ mobile app and register as a LIVE+ member.
3.Reservations are registered on a first come, first served basis and can be made in the TAIKOO+ mobile app while openings are available. Reservations for the first week (from 14 August to 17 August) can be registered starting from 13 August. Reservations will open every Monday for the following week until all slots are filled. Reservations cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4.To make a reservation, members need to pay for the deposit using an eligible credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express or UnionPay credit card) in the TAIKOO+ mobile app, at a cost of HK$200 per game. (For information on deposit refunds, please refer to term 7.) Upon successful payment, members will receive a reservation QR code in the TAIKOO+ mobile app under "My Wallet" for verification.
5.Each registration is valid for one registered member and one accompanying guest. The two participants will compete in a tire-changing challenge, with one game session per booking (approx. 5 minutes, including instructions). To ensure the safety of all participants, participants must be aged 16 or above. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian make the reservation and accompany them. Those not accompanied by a parent or guardian will not be allowed to participate.
6.Registered members and their accompanying guests ("the Participants") must check in at the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge” registration counter on G/F at Cityplaza 5 minutes before their scheduled session. Participation order will be determined based on the arrival time of all participants. In the event that Participants miss their session or arrive late, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to release their spot to other Participants, with no refund of their deposit.
7.At admission, staff will scan the member's reservation QR code in the TAIKOO+ mobile app to confirm their identity. Upon completion of the Activity, the deposit for each game session will be refunded as two Cityplaza HK$100 Mall e-Vouchers ("the Rewards") and credited to the eligible member’s account within seven working days. Members who do not attend the reserved session will not be entitled to these rewards or the refund of their deposit.
8.Participants must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in the Activity.
9.Participants must follow the rules below:
•The Activity involves physical exertion and interaction with motorsport-themed maintenance equipment weighing about 20kg per tire. Participants should assess their own physical health before taking part in this Activity, which may not be suitable for those who have been advised to avoid strenuous exercise, e.g. individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, bone-related conditions, pregnancy and those under the influence of certain medications or alcohol. If in doubt, please consult a doctor beforehand.
•Participants must follow the instructions of Swire Properties Management Limited staff and onsite staff. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to reject Participants or terminate the Activity in the event of inappropriate behaviour, actions that endanger other Participants, or violation of these rules, with no refund of the paid deposit.
•Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Swire Properties Management Limited will not be liable for any damage or loss of Participants’ property.
•Participants acknowledge that they take part in the Activity voluntarily. Swire Properties Management Limited will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss), personal injury, physical harm, or death that may be suffered or caused by participation in this Activity, nor will it be required to provide compensation or bear any legal liability.
•Do not move the equipment without permission. Any damage caused will require compensation at market value.
10.Adverse weather arrangements:
•If the Hong Kong Observatory has issued or is going to issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher within the next hour, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. The Activity will resume two hours after the signal has been lowered. If the signal is lowered less than two hours before the end of the last session, all remaining sessions on that day will be cancelled.
•If the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted after the Activity has commenced, all scheduled sessions will remain unchanged. If the warning is hoisted before the first scheduled session of the day, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. The Activity will resume two hours after the warning has been cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than two hours before the end of the last scheduled sessions, all remaining sessions on that day will be cancelled.
11.In the event of adverse weather conditions or emergency maintenance, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. Any deposit paid will be refunded to the registered credit card within 30 days. Members affected by the cancellation will be required to make a new reservation. The latest arrangements will be announced on Cityplaza’s Instagram (@cityplazahk).
12.Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to amend, vary, postpone, cancel and terminate sessions, as well as to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice or any compensation.
13.Upon successful payment of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed, and Participants are deemed to have acknowledged that they have understood, accepted and are willing to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge”. In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of fraud, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to deny participation in the Activity without prior notice.
14.Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be responsible for any damage, losses, or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or unforeseen events.
15.In addition to these Terms and Conditions, this event is also subject to the terms and conditions of the LIVE+ Membership Programme and the Waiver and Release of Liability of the “Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge”.
16.In the event of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final and conclusively binding.
17.In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
