Each registration covers one registered member OR one child (under the age of 18) of the registered member, who will take part in a game session lasting 5 minutes, including instructions.
Only participants with a height of 120 cm or above are permitted to take part in the activity. Participants who do not meet the minimum height requirement, or participants under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, will not be permitted to participate in the activity.
Participants must check in at the “Red Bull Racing Champion’s Route” registration counter on G/F at Cityplaza 5 minutes before their scheduled session. Participation order will be determined based on the arrival time of all participants.
1.The promotion period will run from 14 August 2026 to 27 September 2026, 9 p.m. (both dates inclusive).
2.Only LIVE+ members are eligible to register for the “Red Bull Racing Champion’s Route” ("the Activity"). To qualify, customers must download the TAIKOO+ mobile app and register as a LIVE+ member.
3.Reservations are registered on a first come, first served basis and can be made in the TAIKOO+ mobile app while openings are available. Reservations for the first week (from 14 August to 17 August) can be registered starting from 13 August. Reservations will open every Monday for the following week until all slots are filled.
4.To make a reservation, members need to pay for the deposit using an eligible credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express or UnionPay credit card) in the TAIKOO+ mobile app, at a cost of HK$100 per game. (For information on deposit refunds, please refer to clause 7.) Upon successful payment, members will receive a reservation QR code in the TAIKOO+ mobile app under "My Wallet" for verification.

6.Registered members and their accompanying guests ( "the Participants" ) must check in at the “Red Bull Racing Champion’s Route” registration counter on G/F at Cityplaza 5 minutes before their scheduled session. Participation order will be determined based on the arrival time of all participants. In the event that Participants miss their session or arrive late, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to release their spot to other Participants, with no refund of their deposit.
7.At admission, staff will scan the member’s reservation QR code in the TAIKOO+ mobile app to confirm their identity. Upon completion of the Activity, the deposit for each game session will be refunded as one Cityplaza HK$100 Mall e-Voucher (“the Rewards”) and credited to the eligible member’s account within 7 working days. Members who do not attend the reserved session will not be entitled to these rewards or the refund of their deposit.
8.Participants must follow the rules below:
- Participants should assess their own physical health before taking part in this Activity, which may not be suitable for those who have been advised to avoid strenuous exercise, e.g. individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, bone-related conditions and those under the influence of certain medications or alcohol. If in doubt, please consult a doctor beforehand.
- Participants must follow the instructions of Swire Properties Management Limited staff and onsite staff. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to reject Participants or terminate the Activity in the event of inappropriate behaviour, actions that endanger other Participants, or violation of these rules, with no refund of the paid deposit.
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Swire Properties Management Limited will not be liable for any damage or loss of participants’ property.
- Participants acknowledge that they take part in this Activity voluntarily. Swire Properties Management Limited will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss), personal injury, physical harm, or death that may be suffered or caused by participation in this Activity, nor will it be required to provide compensation or bear any legal liability.
- Do not move the equipment without permission. Any damage caused will require compensation at market value.
9.Reservations cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
10.Adverse weather arrangements:
•If the Hong Kong Observatory has issued or is going to issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or higher within the next hour, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. The Activity will resume two hours after the signal has been lowered. If the signal is lowered less than two hours before the end of the last session, all remaining sessions on that day will be cancelled.
•If the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted after the Activity has commenced, all scheduled sessions will remain unchanged. If the warning is hoisted before the first scheduled session of the day, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. The Activity will resume two hours after the warning has been cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than two hours before the end of the last scheduled sessions, all remaining sessions on that day will be cancelled.
11.In the event of adverse weather conditions or emergency maintenance, the Activity will be suspended and reservations for the affected sessions will be automatically cancelled. Any deposit paid will be refunded to the registered credit card within 30 days. Members affected by the cancellation will be required to make a new reservation. The latest arrangements will be announced on Cityplaza’s Instagram (@cityplazahk).
12.Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to amend, vary, postpone, cancel and terminate sessions, as well as to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice or any compensation.
13.Upon successful payment of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed, and Participants are deemed to have acknowledged that they have understood, accepted and are willing to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Race to Glory “Red Bull Racing Champion’s Route” . In the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any dishonest conduct and/or acts of fraud, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to deny participation in the Activity without prior notice.
14.Swire Properties Management Limited shall not be responsible for any damage, losses, or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or unforeseen events.
15.In addition to these Terms and Conditions, this Activity is also subject to the terms and conditions of the LIVE+ Membership Programme, the Waiver and Release of Liability and the Venue Usage Rules of the “Red Bull Racing Champion’s Route”.
16.In the event of any dispute, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final and conclusively binding.
17.In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
