Participants will prepare 4 Japanese vegan dishes (pumpkin croquettes, dengaku eggplant, inari rolls, and plum sake-marinated tomatoes) in the class, and learn the characteristics and techniques of Japanese cuisine and understand the precaution and tips for vegan menu preparation.
Dishes are made with premium Japanese plant-based ingredients and vegan seasonings (with no eggs, no milk, and no dairy products)
- Member must visit designated location in person for event participation on 7 Feb 2026 by presenting the event QR Code under “My Wallet” for entry.
- Deposit is required for event quota reservation. Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- $650 e-Vouchers will be credited to the eligible member account after confirming attendance of the event. Members who failed to attend the event will not be entitled to any e-Vouchers.
- This reward does not include any warranty, exchange, transfer, cash refund or change.
