- LIVE+ members can reserve a quota for Coffee Run with EAST.
- Redemption requests cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Quotas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each member can redeem at most 2 quotas.
- Participants must visit designated location in person for event participation on 11 Oct 2026 by presenting the event QR Code under “My Wallet” for entry.
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
- The event might be cancelled, changed or shortened due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Please contact 3968 3968 for enquiry.
- Photos and videos might be taken. Please let the staff members know if you do not wish to be included.
- Proper sports attire is required for entry to ensure safety. Swire Properties Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who is not wearing appropriate sports attire.
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Swire Properties Management Limited will not be liable for any damage or loss of participants’ property.
- Participants must follow instructions of the on-site staff. In case of any inappropriate behaviour or actions that endanger the safety of others, or violation of any of these rules, Swire Properties Limited and the organizer reserves the right to immediately suspend the member’s participation.
- Participants acknowledge that they take part in these activities voluntarily.
