Log in to your Pacific Place and/or TAIKOO+ mobile app and convert now, enjoy a range of exciting rewards with your points flexibly!
To convert your redemption points, please go to “Home” → “Member Centre” → “Point Conversion” in the TAIKOO+ mobile app.
*Redemption points conversion rate: 1 above Point = 1 LIVE+ Point = 1 CLUB CG Point.
Redemption points can be converted in units of 1,000 points.
A minimum of 1,000 points and a maximum of 100,000 points can be converted at a time.
No cap is applied on the number of redemption points conversions made during the promotion period.
Terms & Conditions:
- The available redemption points for conversion are subject to the member’s available redemption points balance, maximum conversion limit and previous conversions. Redemption points converted from Pacific Place above or Citygate Outlets CLUB CG member account to Cityplaza LIVE+ member account will not apply to the available redemption points for conversion, and vice versa. Members should always refer to the "point history" in TAIKOO+ mobile app for the past conversion record(s) and the latest available redemption points can be converted.
